春节一大主题就是吃。这是偶做的香菇肉饼子。将肉馅解冻,放料酒、鸡蛋、作料、姜末、酱油拌好;香菇去蒂,抹点淀粉,放入肉馅;点缀以葱花、胡萝卜、叉烧、豆腐干。放在锅子里,隔水蒸。当肉馅变白是就能吃啦。

一个肉圆的眉毛看上去像毛毛虫啊
此肉丸若再过油而后再上一层糖色(浇汁)味道会更鲜美。。。
@ABAP9999,这是偶的豆腐干丝,不是毛毛虫。。。 @George,你真是名不虚传,这种做法儿也能想的到,改明儿我试试看。
我说呢,怎么一条虫变两条了。
